A Halloween themed Icon I came up with while at work using a ghost idea I had.

Character info:

"Phantom", as she is called as her name is not known, is a very dangerous creature known for her constant shark toothed smile and habit of singing a very popular nursery rhyme. She never stays in one location for more then a few days, but appears to stay within the buildings she haunts. She appears to hunt her victims in large buildings such as school, mansions, and apartment buildings. If you hear an eerie toned version of the song "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star", then you must find a place to hide as she is nearby and hunting. In this instance it is advised to try to get out as soon as possible as evidence of her hunting has show: She leaves behind a gruesome mess of meat and bones as if feasted on.
