Whatever the species, there's still the stylish dress sense and Tial can still pout to perfection and even with different colour schemes of fur, feathers, scales or skin still recognisably the same character with some of the markings.
I could imagine this perhaps being Tial demonstrating a new holographic image projector to the RPDS team and how it can easily allow one to appear as a member of another Olged. It is however not a toy and definitely not to be used for pranking purposes.
