I don't think the Soviets almost ever allowed Allied military access to areas under their control, barring things like ships carrying Lend-Lease aid and such.
Aye though, the presence of the Home Army in Warsaw was undoubtedly a complication, especially considering the Soviets had every intention of establishing themselves in Poland after the war. Though they did drop their own supplies on the city, which seems an unusual behavior.
That said, Warsaw would have been a rough battle for the Red Army, which at the time was preparing for Operation Bagration, one of the single largest offensives in military history, there were no resources available for anything else.
