Blue Scoutling as a Classic Blanket Ghost for Halloween/Nightmare Night!
While I imagine changlings could transform themselves into any spooky creature or character, I think they would actually like the dressing up part. Sure it's easy when you have magic to transform yourself into anything, but actually getting the materials and makeup and putting effort to combine those things to create a costume would be more satisfy and fun challenge for them. That being said Blue Scoutling doesn't like a lot of spooky stuff, but dressing up as a not so scary Blanket Ghost seemed like fun to him!
