In September, I ordered the Tamiya Plasma Edge II from Tower Hobbies, and yesterday morning, it finally arrived. I can hardly wait to start building it.

The Plasma Edge II is a build-it-yourself four-wheel drive remote-controlled buggy kit which includes nearly everything needed to get started. The only things not included are the battery or batteries, steering servo, battery charger, controller, and receiver, the latter four of which were kindly given to me by my older brother who is also into hobby-grade RC cars and quad-copters. The finishes available for the Plasma Edge II include iridescent green/purple, gun metal (what I have), and clear body for custom paint jobs.
