Here's another neat vintage Halloween collectible I recently bought: a vinyl rubber "Bad Wolf" mask made by Cesar from the 80s to the 2000s (the same French company that made that tight vinyl Mickey Mouse mask you've seen me also wear). I always liked the look on this mask, as you know I can't resist a good 'toony wolf mask!
Cesar's adult vinyl Halloween masks were more or less like the bridging point between the common cheap plastic kids' Halloween face masks of the past (the kind that often came with those Ben Cooper and Collegeville-style costumes) and the more higher-end full-head latex masks. Thus, they were popular and affordable for many people. Nowadays, kids' plastic face masks are somewhat rarer, especially since they are not only cheesy but a lot harder to see out of, while latex Halloween masks have gotten more common and affordable (look around and you can find some good stuff besides the usual cheap Chinese-made latex masks found on eBay).
And getting this mask around October is just perfect for the retro Halloween feel!

I wish i could get one and wolf out, they're basically my dream mask that hits every button just right, but they're so damn expensive. Actually has made me question how hard/costly it would be to try and recreate a sculpt of it then mold and cast it for myself from scratch
If you're able to get one yourself it'd look awesome. Or you could even adapt one of their doberman hoods into a professional looking scooby mask =P
