Turns out that Sonic's an FA.
Upon discovering this, Amy went to Tails and asked him to make her a special drug. The drug, once captured, would make the user feel like they hadn't eaten in decades and make them never feel full until it wore off. It would also make them think of nothing but food, so that they wouldn't get sidetracked. After her huge feast, Amy has finally gained the perfect figure. :D
