she was a friendly farm chicken before a new dog broke her leg. so i took her in after that, in short her leg didn't heal very well, and now she wouldn't be able to defend herself against the other chickens, so she has a place to live in my room for now.

When I Went Back Home On Semester Break,
My Grandmother Told Me How Her Horse Had Accidentally Stepped On One Of The Chickens Legs.
She Had Taken The Chicken In And Made It A Brace With Some Strips Of Wood And Bandaging.
The Leg Healed Back To Normal, And The Chicken Has No Problem Getting Around,
Even Chases The Other Chickens.
