My original thought was that Baloo would be painting this onto the plane as nose art. I don't think he would actually do that, though, given she's his employer. My second thought was that maybe Louie was painting the pic when Becky happened to pass his window. Ultimately, the idea of her hiring a calendar artist to make new business signs seemed most fitting to the character. In the episodes I most vividly recall, she had a habit of trying new things to advertise her business -things which never worked the way she expected them to!

My only question is: How did that guy get that photo of Becky to make that poster? XD

He used his imagination. It's a painting. (Granted, when you make a painting of a cartoon character it looks like a photo of them....)
