Gluttony Daemons are incorporeal spirits that feed off of the gluttony of mortals. Most of them will just hang around particularly gluttonous individuals, however some will actively use their energies to make individuals even more gluttonous. One such Daemon decided to possess Zarah Zebrailica, hiding in her stomach and increasing her already ravenous appetite. However, Zarah’s willingness to indulge in such urges resulted in her being far too gluttonous for the Daemon to handle, resulting in it actually being digested by her. Its energies melded with her, creating a rare instance of a mortal soul infused with Daemon energy. Now weighing well over a metric ton, Zarah uses her newfound power to further satiate her hunger, and occasionally influence others to also indulge.

During one of her binges she was approached by a Dym Slimmard, a Ghost Rider who could sense her strange half-Daemon state and decided to investigate. The two hit it off and became possibly the best example of an ‘odd couple’ to ever exist.
