I absolutely love the Chipmunks. I'd largely forgotten the franchise until I discovered THE CHIPMUNK ADVENTURE in a box of VHS tapes that was donated to me a couple of years ago. I'd not known about the movie but it quickly became one of my favorite animated films and I searched out every episode of the series I could get my hands on. It may not be readily apparent, but the franchise has been highly influential on Cartoon Cuties (I ultimately consider Cartoon Cuties something of a mixture of Alvin and the Chipmunks and Saved By The Bell, with a dash of GOLDFINGER thrown in for froth).
