So last summer, I made a toucan beak. Since printing out the prototype, I've updated the strap system from what's seen here, so it uses a three-point system, rather than the two straps around the back. That works much better for preventing Troublesome Beak Sag, but I haven't gone back and made a fancy one with the new straps.
