So last summer, I made a toucan beak. Now, I decided: What if it could be BIGGER
This is nearly as long as my extended arm and features a three-point strap setup like a gas mask. This was printed in PETG with a .6mm nozzle and is relatively light, considering the size. The straps keep it feeling lightweight.

I should be able to separate the halves relatively easily, but you’d need to figure something out for hinging it. The model doesn’t go back as far as the wearer’s jawline, so that’s why I didn’t hinge it originally. But if you want to sort out that bit, I’ll see what I can do about separating the halves.
