you were uploading a Picture/sound/script and the asshat (asset) server imploded again, just reupload whatever again and it should work, if not wait till later, i get this all the time, also the long string of numbers and letters is called a UUID (Universally unique identifier), its what SL uses to find the files it needs for things so it can do things and stuff.

also try clearing your cache if its popping up all the time when you log on and disable all your gestures, it could be caused by the viewer calling for a gesture or sound that the asset server lost.

That happens all the time when SL is having issues. You'll just have to try to upload again in a little bit.

that is a codec for a texture or animation, its nothing much just ignore it, sl will sort it out soon if not then a file you have must be corrupted in a way

Emerald was backloading websites everytime users opened it and sending DDOS attacks to the LL account login servers. LL found out. LL is pissed. Emerald has been disbanded and is no longer updating. Basically...LL is just trying to push Project Snowstorm and get people off Snowglobe code even though it's not done yet. >_>

That is a texture error and it most likely is for a texture that is part of your avatar. Likely it is corrupted file so every time you log in and get that first packet exchange of info it isnt able to read it.

Not sure which viewer your using there, but just a heads up to emerald users (if you haven't heard already) They are no longer supported by LL.
I have used Emerald for a long time, and hate to change, but the closest current approved viewer is based on the emerald source code and runs the same. You can find it here http://code.google.com/p/emergence-viewer/

Thats the error commonly associated with uploading images. The letters and numbers are the image UUID

Its just a resource server error. it happens occasionally :3

Mac attack!

I've had it dunno if someone already answered it but all it is, is a texture failure. the texture failed to rerezz itself that others could see. Which ever layer it was shirt, undershirt, pants, underpants. basically that area where the texture was would be gray to your friends or people you met. lol on mine all of my clothes failed to rez so I was this head with a completely gray body xD. also note me your username we should play sometime! if you wish though that is x)
