The largest collection of magical and scientific resources in Ruen is located in the Research Institute of Unnatural Phenomenon, on the Isles of Eidra. The main library is open to the public and provides bestiaries, magic tutorials, traveler diaries and other common titles.
But the restricted section holds their more rare and dangerous literature; forbidden magic, sacrificial rituals, journals that hold the locations of the most dangerous or sought out creatures, anything you can think of. But you need special permission to access it of course, and if you think you can sneak in and get what you want, better be ready to deal with their guardians.
