Bio: Poyzon is a victim of an aggressive scientific environment combined with demanding military employers. Betty Grenouille was employed by the head scientist of MODU, Tiamat Basiliscus, who wanted to secretly be able to recreate the conditions that gave Ginny her abilities (said scientist doesn’t know anything about Ginny save for the fact that Megaton Rex is definitely a citizen of Overland that transforms into the monster). She’s also dating a big gorilla guy at the Unit, Robert Valjean. A lot of pressure is put on her to attempt to weaponize Giant Monster Transformation and eventually, while she does discover a sample of Megaton Rex blood, this isn’t enough to please her bosses. She’s able to synthesize a sample by mixing wasp DNA in her samples, but when her boyfriend is brought to her injured, she stops her work. Basiliscus tells her that while her boyfriend is in critical condition, he would be a wonderful test subject for her mutagen, especially to take down Megaton Rex, who hurt him in the first place. Now, this isn’t true at all, as it was said boss who tried to kill the gorilla guy when he got too close to her plans, but a little lie never hurt anyone... Betty takes this hard and, unwilling to see her lover die and to lose her career’s work, she injects herself with the mutagen. Being treated like a pawn made her quite furious, and as the first transformation only amplifies her feelings, she decides rashly that she’s taking over the city. Ginny has to stop her but refuses to kill her, instead knocking her out to let her shrink back down. From that point on, the people of Overland view Megaton Rex as a hero, MODU becomes a private military unit to disassociate from the government that wants to turn the giant monsters into weapons and Poyzon is arrested... until Riptide tries to free her to combat Megaton Rex! However, being treated well by Ginny even behind bars, Poyzon turns the tables and manages to help Megaton Rex defeat Riptide. Her sentence is changed: now, her punishment is that she has to do community service for MODU in the form of a paid job as Head Scientist... which considering she didn't actually kill anyone, isn't that bad! She'd rather stay in the lab and help from afar, but when the need arises for Poyzon, she bounces on the chance to redeem herself!
