The art of Kintsugi: filling the cracks with gold. After the incident of last year, I felt broken, empty, shattered. Like something was missing, stolen....

My heart that I gave to the people I trusted was shattered and I was left behind to pick up the pieces. I'm grateful to those who helped, and even more when I told them why I felt so broken. They gave me the strength to stand up to the ones who shattered my trust and take back what was missing. No longer hiding, no longer feeling weak, I feel whole again. The scars filled with gold and still there to show that I will never forget the pain I was put through.

I can recover now, knowing I have good friends by my side.

Never drawn a concept like this before, I have to say it was a very good experience, plus drawing a character as likeable as Flarita cheering up felt really...therapeutic? Would be the right word.
