Weather patterns in the mountains can be a sight to behold, clouds dropping form the sky down into the valleys bellow without warning. Of course it actually takes a bit of time for the inversion to happen, but catching the clouds as they begin resting atop a peak is still a fun sight. Though I didn’t have the time to wait for the clouds to begin dropping tendrils, I thought this shot was compelling, despite being in firmly in blue hour there was enough light to create some depth within the scene. I had been done with shooting for the day, but had to turn around and attempt to compose the scene.
