This place is intense. I suppose that's why it's called an Intensive Residential Treatment Service.
I'm stuck here in a strange town in a mental health facility for three months, I don't have a job and the county decided I was ineligible for any assistance.
And it doesn't help any that the Psychologist here completely changed my diagnosis and therefore my treatment plan.
I don't want to just give up, but there are times where I feel like this place is making me feel worse. They're just trying to challenge me, but sometimes it's just too much. It's overwhelming and I don't know that they are focusing on the areas that I need the most help in... I'm just really confused and not sure what's real anymore. Who I am.
