Huh. I had no idea that okapis remained undiscovered for so long! I've always liked them, but I've never bothered to do much reading about them. So much for curiosity, I guess. Anyway, she's really lovely. The brown of her body looks very nice against the pale green background, and I love the coyness of her pose and the strategic strands of hair. I really like all of the flowers in her hair, and the tuft of her tail, too, and the effect of the water streaming off of her is nicely done.

I like to add a bit of education with my art pieces, hehe! You learn something new everyday ^___^
