Context: The Zevashi Roach is sensitive to electromagnetism put off by organisms on their home planet as part of a series of adaptations. They happen to not like being zapped, prodded, or otherwise stimulated on their noggins since it's a bit overwhelming.




CANON COMPLIANCE 10/01/2021: Parallax is the last of the Roach Squad I think to really get one of these, his character sheet is coming eventually. Deuterium is also part of the Zevash setting, as Iskaan are deet's property and he's happy to have them imported into the setting. The Iskaan import changes some of the rules about their setting which makes their participation in Zevash technically a multiverse variant. Still, both characters are perfectly compatible with canon, particularly because Deets is my chief science advisor on the writing for the Zevash Codex.
