Here's a late birthday gift that I made for 
Luiskoa of what he wanted.
Now when I heard their is going to be a birthday party for Luiskoa but I don't have any gift to give him, but then after remembering that his favorite Pokémon's are Pignite and Tepig for the whole thing, I might inflate them into balloon without having them inflate and tie a string on them to prevent them from floating away.
