Β carijet96 , thank you very much!
One of those paintings that just caused some struggles along the way to the point where i had to repaint most of it at some point. But sometimes that's just how it goes and just pushing pixels around when it's not working isn't going to get you there. Sometimes you're lucky and notice it early, sometimes late...annoyingly at that point it of course becomes harder and harder to actually go the step of painting over hours of work, but it pretty much always is the actual solution to the problem. Anyway, hope you enjoy it!

I love the overall ambience of the picture~
Sometimes you just have to delete hours or even days worth of code because it isn't gonna work.
Thank you, Nomax.
I love how he leaves a clear path in the water with that orange reflection <3
(And gosh, I know what you mean. π)
Iβm working on a fursuit head commission that is like that. Normally, the things are easy for me to build. This one, tho, forced me to resculpture it two times over. Then once the shape and size were good, the one of eyes I installed was slightly deeper than the other. Nothing about this particular head has been cooperative, but thatβs how it goes sometimes. Finally got the head to where I was happy w/ it tho.

I appreciate how you create your backgrounds. Can't wait to see your next piece!
The colour composition, the lighting, the narrative, it's all so captive. One of those paintings I can get completely submerged in as if I was actually there.
Stunning work as always <3
*just clicked on the link to prints, but alas, I couldn't find this one. Will it be available for print at some point? Would love to have a copy*
And huh, i must've accidentally hit the box to not actually make the print public. :')
Should be there now.
The link is fixed and works perfect now thanks.
I've bought the print, so I eagerly await to bark at the postie XP
No idea why... i hope it works for you and others though as i've no idea what's broken or how i could potentially fix it besides reuploading the image and crossing my fingers... So i hope it's just an isolated issue.
Pond scum is another plant that can clog waterways, but it's filimentous and doesn't part as easily.
The sunk cost fallacy is a real thing! Sometimes it really is better to scrap it all and start over, but as you said, convincing yourself that that's truly the best way to go can be an impossible task.
Very nice work! I'm glad you got where you wanted to go with this piece.
Great work!
