Even a mage dragon like Ryugen needs his belly checked every now and then. And on a personal note, I like both doctor and patient roles for Charizard when it comes to checkup pics. To me, it doesn't matter if Charizard's the doctor or the patient. I like both roles equally for some reason. I will say this though: if there's a Charizard as a patient, be careful when checking the throat, for if the Zard has a gag reflex, one wrong move could get you an accidental Flamethrower in the face.
