He leads his own pack of humanoids that where experimented on by the Rekenber Corp. They disguise themselves in Manuk by wearing pure white and most of them have dark hair and always wear a black scarf so each comrade can spot another in a blizzard.

As you can see they were mutated in some ways, Kidd's brother can communicate with monsters as well as humans and order monsters to kill people on the spot.
They have a hate and grudge against the Assassin Guild for giving him and his friends away to the Rekenber Corp because they were never good enough for combat.

I bet they're regretting it now eh?
