Dodger's pretty street smart, but he has a couple enemies as well. One of them seems to have found him and found his dignity a suiting price. So he tied Dodger up with his own bandanna, pulled his briefs out of his shorts, and nailed them to a post. Let's hope Dodger doesn't stretch his underwear out too much, it's the only pair he has. This might not be the end of his torture either. The guy said he'd be coming back in a few hours. Don't worry. I'm sure one of the passerbys will let him down. Once they stop taking pictures and laughing, of course.
