I like to experiment with stuff, i've don't 3d before, texturing, vector art etc, but i always wanted to try animation.
I've done some very simple animations in college, a long time ago, but not much since then. Then i found out this animation software that caught my interest and i figured i might as well just try it. I didn't want to invest too much time into a simple experiment so i went through my previous art to find something i could animate, i figured a hand would be easy, it was not... I kept meddling with this on several occasions, trying to get it to look more natural but its very difficult.
I will try again though, not sure when yet, but adding movement to my art would be an amazing addition!
There are some technical issues with it, like the way i do my art in layers and stages, it might not work well with how the animation software works, that's why i picked just line art to do this with so i didn't have to worry about colors or shading.
So anyway, here is my early attempt at animation, its janky its stiff its weird but it moves, slightly, so i call it a resounding SUCCESS!
Please do comment if you have any thoughts on it!
