“Come on guys we’re almost there!”
The fleet of Naridynian vessels just kept their speed and direction as constant as physically possible as they approached the alien planet. While Erika was doing most of the flying, they were focusing entirely on maintaining relative velocity to Erika’s enormous mass. The slightest of movements from Erika, as a small as a twitch of the toe meant they had to re-evaluate their flight paths.
“Thank you Miss Erika!” The commander of one of the ships responded, “We know this is only a tiny little journey, for you, but there’s no way our ships would have been able to make this journey without your guidance. We really appreciate your help.”
Erika beamed in response, “Hey, anytime!”.
Frankly, it was painstakingly slow work escorting an entire fleet of barely space worthy vessels from one planet to their nearest neighbour, but it was so much better than doing that blasted maths homework assignment she’d left back on their home world for the New Naridyn scholars and scientists to decipher. She was being helpful! It’s only fair to benefit mutually right?
Erika also couldn’t deny that she loved the occasional pictures the crew members from the ships would send her. She often felt small, but interacting with the Naridyn world really helped with that. Seeing thousands of tiny aliens fly their vast ships between her colossal claws, and navigate the maze of her paw pad textures, only to look up to the heavens and see the rest of her body loom over absolutely everything effortlessly, was rather wonderful.
“Alright! Time for you lot to hop on off! I’ll extend a hand here, and you should be able to use my gravity to fly on down to the planet. But hey, take some pics for me will you!”
“Thank you Miss Erika. We shall!”

Ahh, epic perspective, and I always hoped we'd see the Naridynians again (OK, they're too small to see, but you know what I mean)! There's so much potential in Erika having rescued an entire species.
Who knows, maybe she'll actually learn things from them helping with her studies? Or more likely, try to bring some of them back to work out the answers for her.
