This picture is in the scraps folder due to it not looking very great in my personal opinion.
Anyway, this is a crossover thing I had in my mind for a long, long time.
It's basically a character from the Transformers series as a Sonic character. In this case, it's the Decepticon headmaster, Mindwipe.
