Hey, I recognize that effect! That's the marker tool in SAI plus a paper texture. I like this idea. :o
And actually if you take the D out, "Pandy" turns into Pany and a simple vowel swap turns into Pani. I know I'm terrible with names, but it struck my fancy to point out that you may well already have a name there x3
