it works in procreate for me (the compressed version of the base) but procreate is really not optimal for the use of bases due to the more than lacking selection tool and the fact that you cant clip layers to folders

Hello! I purchased this base yesterday, and I was wondering if it was okay to make some proportion adjustments to fit a certain character? (e.g. making fins larger, making legs shorter, etc)
