Urine is a super stylin' funky fresh blues traveller and this is for her.Also, sorry I took so long to get into finishing these ): I had a lot of family crap going on, so please forgive me <3 I'm going to try to crank one of these out daily until they're all finished~

Yeah, here's what I do:
1. Open the Lucky Star .gif in Fireworks (MAKE SURE TO GO TO MODIFY>CANVAS>IMAGE SIZE AND CHANGE THE SIZE TO 100x100 before you do ANYTHING), and highlight the Konata in frame one. Hit CTRL+C.
2. Open up your art program (I use paint tool SAI) and open up a new canvas, sized 100x100 px. Hit CTRL+V and lower KONATALAYER to like, 50% opacity.
3. Make a new layer and copy over it, adding details and color. (Only do this for the head/neck/shoulders, not the hands.)
4. Make another new layer and add in the hands/controller, and make another layer under this and add color. You should have four layers now, and it should look a lot like a complete picture.
5. Flatten the image (TEMPORARILY) and highlight it, hit CTRL+C and paste it into Fireworks on the FIRST frame.
6. Go back into SAI and hit CTRL+Z to undo the flatten, then merge all of the HAND layers together. Put that layer under everything else and uncheck the little eye to make it inactive.
---You now have frame one, and it's all just a matter of tedium from here O: basically all you have to continue to do is copy/paste the Konata frames from fireworks into SAI, copy over the hands and paste it back in. THERE IS PROBABLY A BETTER AND MUCH EASIER WAY AND I AM PROBABLY A DOOP but this is how I do it, and they seem to turn out okay. <3
