This is the sort of thing my roommate would like. I don't fully understand this kind of art either, but to some people, it's art. Art doesn't really need a reason though, beauty or intrigue are in the eyes of the beholder, and WTF might be the intended reaction from this art. Some people, like my roommate, find this sort of thing humorous.
I'm just curious, because I like understanding other people's perspectives ^^
This was a showcase of a shop during renowation, I don't really know what will be sold in the future new shop. There was some manikin at the other windows clothed into artificial ivy. I decided to take a photo, paying attention that the baby in the middle is staring into the camera.

It was a show shop earlier, now it is renowated (and maybe changed owner and profile) so I don't know what will be when it is finished. So in theory it is totally harmless but I had similar feelings about being somehow a pro-life thing.

Unfortunatelly, it stayed a mystery.
It used to be a shoe store originally, so I don't think it was left from the last shop window, but it is a possibility. Anything to make people stare at the wares. And maybe the shoes were taken away since they still can be sold but the dolls are either glued or punctured to hang, so they are ruined and left.
