"Have you ever have a monster you like, but it isn't the right monster for the game you play?""
This is a character from the mobile game Cloud Song. Lancelot is the first monster the player gets. It is used to teach you how to use, raise, evolve and sacrifice one monster to evolve another monster. R rank is lowest rank (R -> SR -> SSR). Only an SSR monster can evolve up to 10 stars and have a different appearance. R rank monsters can't evolve beyond 5 stars.

Thats become my measuring stick for gacha games. I've played enough free-to-play games to know that there will inevitably be a "wall" so I pick the coolest starter I get, rank be damned, and take them as far as I can go. Once I hit the wall, I'll max out the character and if thats still not enough to get past the wall, I quit cause I don't want to deal with the free-to-play "grind" (its not a grind, its a scam).
