Dr. K's gooish mass of white latex is too less sticky to let him be able to do simple physical actions like picking up his mask.
I guess the reason why his mass of white latex is so less sticky than the other white latex beings is because, during his TF into white latex, the latex absorbed his body, and like all normal bodies, they are almost 100% made out of water.
So lets cross our fingers and hope that Lin or Puro is there with him to help him out with his current situation.
