A very very very long overdue commission for ShePaintsWithBlood on dA. It so overdue that I'm too embarrassed to admit how long it's been put off... x(

She asked me to paint her a Knote, which is a creature she created. Well, I was given SO MUCH artistic freedom I struggled to come up with a concept to paint. I decided to just... go with it; which is an idea I have another friend to thank for.

I decided to paint one of my ultimate desires: I want to go to the beach. I love the beach, especially when it's about to rain and it's especially windy. So.. that's what I painted! :)

I also wanted the Knote to blend in with its surroundings thoroughly without being completely hidden. He's not supposed to be the first thing you notice, so for all you design majors out there, don't fret!


Besides all that... I hope you like it Aria! Forgive me for the delay! I do love you so much for being patient <3 <3 <3
