In the series "Elena of Avalor", the villanous Coyote named Troyo caught my attention: a minor villain with an unmotivated desire for power, and with a design and behaviour that really caught my eye... my mind almost immediately went to work on that, and, as the story details of him formed in my psyche,  Natt_333 gave life to his appearance (to which I added a background).
But now, ban on the chatter, and let's see what I got out of Troyo:

Personality: Fiero is quite the sad person: a young boy who feels to not have a purpose in life, searching for his own identity, in a strive to be recognized for something, anything, and not being instead a "nobody", like he feels to be at the moment. Alone from the moment he was born, abandoned by his parents, put in a school like the Night Raven College where anyone had the same potential of greatness, and defeated by his dorm leader in a duel to take his place (with the scar on his face being the sign of his defeat against Leona Kingscholar), Fiero considers himself as an hollow shell, an hollow shell that he wants to fill with something, a purpose for his own existence. Even if feeling like this, the young Coyote boys hides all of his negative feelings under a facade, a mask of pride and cockyness, this one not too marked, along with an almost gentle behaviour from time to time unified at moment of blunt sarcasm, in a way to not let all of his weaknesses known to the public: being pitied is the last thing Fiero wants.
In his goal to find a meaning for his life, Fiero can be quite meddlesome: being able to turn even into little insects, thanks to his Unique Magic, the Coyote boy usually goes around the campus when he can, spying all the interesting people around, to know anything about everyone, in order to maybe use the information he caught to his own agenda; from the dorm leaders, to simple students and staff, if you need intel Fiero is the right one to ask to.
Even if, after their duel, Leona caused a permanent scar on Fiero's face with a fire spell, the Savanaclaw students doesn't hate his dorm leader: he instead admires the Lion Prince, for how well he found a place for himself in the world, in his leader role, and so Fiero looks up to Leona, his inner desire being the one of becoming a "somebody" like the one the Savanaclaw dorm head is.
Last, but not least, fact about Fiero, is that he has quite a crush for Jack Howl: the Coyote boy would love Jack to notice him, but he's too shy about that... as well as the fact he thinks that the Wolf beastman would never be interested in a "nobody" like him.

Unique Magic Name: Curse of Metamo
Unique Magic Effect: The Unique magic of Fiero, "Curse of Metamo", is able to replicate the effects of the legendary "Grotto Metamo": a cave, said to be hidden in Fiero's homeland, that's the house of a magical tree capable of transforming living creatures who touch in in other animals. In the Coyote Beastman case, him, just by picturing in his mind an animal after naming his Unique Magic, can turn into what he thought until the spell is dispelled; while transformed into an animal, Fiero can use all the abilities of the creature he's transformed in, as well as still talk, the voice of the Savanaclaw student remaining the same as his humanoid appearance.

Trivia: As the Island of Estrella, Fiero's homeland, is based on Avalor from the homonym series, which as well is based on Latin America, the Coyote boy puts Portuguese terms in his sentences from time to time.
