The larger figure design was almost to production when it was discovered there was an issue with the toe of the feet. The smaller design was reexamined and adjusted.

As for the issue discovered a limitation to the CNC mill that I've never come across until now.
The sole of the foot needs to be flat and it is 13mm deeper that what I can carve. Tried reworking the foot, but to get a manageable mold carved would remove the toe entirely.
