Katia has always been a fighter growing up, from punching bullies to kicking drunks to the curb, but it's gotten her into trouble with the law when she gets into it. When questioned, she always says words don't speak as loud as fists or kicks do and fancy words hide what people are really trying to say. While there could be some truth to that, it doesn't get her out of jail time or pay fines. While fighting is one of many sports in Kalasian culture, with competitions and challenges for a prize and/or bragging rights, it's not seen as a viable means to live off of. Some, however, do see it as a means of living and leave off world to make their fortune in galactic fighting tournaments, wrestling, or as body guards for hire. Katia finds herself as one of these off-world kalasians and made a living as one of the most recommended body guards out there, as well as a tournament fighter on the side.

KALASIAN FUN FACTS: Kalasian fur patterns vary in many shades of natural colors and designs. From spotted and brilliant shades to simple and darker tones. Some might even chose to dye their hair or fur to stand out more, but regardless, Kalasians are a kaleidoscope of colors and fur designs. Though granted, in the past, the colors and design of their fur use to be more related to their regions in the past, or some even relating to a tribe or great families of old, but now many of the fur colors and patterns have blossomed and blended for all kalasians.
