Well this guy came about when I was depressed. I drew him and originally hated the bright obnoxious colors.
I don't particularly like annoying super bright colored 'sparkle dogs' but I couldn't help it... :O

This guy manifested in my head like a virus... and now I am rather fond of him :)

And I named him UV because he reminds me kinda of the colors and effects you get with a black-light. And his fur is supposed to look a bit messy... I could add a lot more details to him, but I am happy for now.

Whooooo. I know...I should be working on commissions. D:
