Yup this is what I came up with. Her name is Olive H. Honeydew. And she is the girl behind Revenant. Revenant is a villain who targets those famous in the fashion industry, often stealing their designs to sell to rivals and competitors. Of course, she does target the occasional bank if she's bored.
Many believe Revenant is a ghost or some one with ghost like abilities. They are wrong. Olive has the power to control all forms of clothing. She is very embarrassed of her 'lame' power. And was convinced that others would ridicule her for something so trivial and useless. So she fabricated the evil persona of Revenant with naught but her mothers old outfit.
By controlling other people's clothing she can make it seem like she possesses them. And since Olive is controlling her remotely and is in no actually danger, many have seen Revenant 'die' only to return. Shortly after 'possessing' a new piece of clothing.
