There's a few tricks to it!~ It helps to study their anatomy and where they have fat deposits. Once you have hints to that, you understand what can bend, how much, etc. For instance, they can actually swim vertical with their beaks/faces tilted down a bit like that :D But they dont have a real "jawline" like mammals we're used to.

I know, you look at em and you're like "Eh, it's a dolphin, I can do that." untill you actually TRY TO DRAW THEM, and you get all weird shapes and they don't make sense and they look like...slug-birds, and then you rage. ;n; ... or at least I do. and ERRRRFF That character is goddamn adorable, and reminds me of him <3
