Tired and covered in creature blood, Neeva walked to Merry's shop and asked to borrow her shower. It was almost day time so she closed shop and both went to her appartment where Neeva rinsed the filth from her. The water was room temperature so her burn wounds wouldn't feel like pure agony.




Once dried, Merry helped her again applying the numbing cream on her wounds before putting bandages around it once again. While being fixed, neeva asked '' Hey Merry, can i sleep here tonight, i kinda cause too much trouble at the enclave tonight?'' .



Merry hesitated , her voice shaky '' w...well i don't know Neeva you see...well... I kinda sleep naked'' Neeva looked at her confused '' You're literally seeing me naked putting numbing cream so?''. She nodded and replied still shy '' we...well the bed i got... well it was kinda... well its a cute heart shape bed, but the name of the bed in the market..... is quite ... well not really something i wanna say out loud''.




Neeva rolled her eyes '' Do i look like a bed connoisseur , i just want a place to sleep in quiet where i don't get watched by a creepy weirdo with thick glasses''. Merry simply replied with a smile '' If it makes you happy then sure, i don't have a second pillow but i saw your kind sleep before, they dont seem to need it?''.



Neeva gently pat her head '' You worry too much, i can sleep fine without pillow, now let's get some shut eyes before i pass out now''.
