They made more than five. We have one in our local club and I looked at one last year to buy. You could get coupes or convertibles in 64 1/2 but not the fastbacks. You might be thinking of the original pace car Mustangs.
I've also seen the fourth ever production convertible formerly owned by the Edlebrock family. It was missing all kinds of things that should've been standard. Heck the seats didn't even have tracks on them. They were just bolted to the floor!
