This is PI, the Goddess of Geometria. She resides in Euclilon, the Geometrian equivalent of Heaven. She comes down once every year for "PI Day" where everyone gathers to celebrate her and bask in her presence. She loves all her "children" and doesn't see even the most irregular of Geometrians as inferior.
