Hola, chicos :3
Les traigo (por fin) un dibujo que no es una comisión xD Y aunque aún no es una ilustración 100% libre, es otro dibujo de mi OC Lian a quien tenía mucho tiempo sin dibujar.

Esto es mi entrada para participar en el reto/concurso que está organizando mi amigo  bako-jabes en Twitter e Instagram. Pueden encontrar la información en este link https://twitter.com/Bako_Jabes/stat.....02138460196864 . Para quienes no puedan entrar, lo resumiré abajo:

En palabras de Bako, la dinámica es una combinación entre los "DTIYS" y los "Artist vs album".
Los participantes deberán escoger su álbum/disco favorito de cualquier género y redibujar la portada incluyendo al menos un león (que puede ser un OC propio o un personaje de la franquicia de TLK), y agregar algunos datos del álbum (mismos que pondré más abajo).
La dinámica está abierta para todo aquel que quiera intentarlo!
Utiliza el #DrawYourFavoriteAlbum para que aparezca junto con los demás.

Una vez explicado esto, voy a dejar los datos de mi entrada:

- Álbum: Goodbye Lullaby (2011)
- Artista: Avril Lavigne
- Genero: Pop-punk, soft-rock, pop rock
- Canción favorita: "What the hell"

No soy una persona de favoritismos... y tampoco soy de las que escuchan una canción y la convierten en su himno personal. Creo que hay demasiadas canciones que expresan cosas diferentes, y la vida está hecha de muchos pequeños momentos diferentes. Así que no, no podría elegir una canción de ningún tipo como mi favorita. Si elegí esto, es porque tengo buenos recuerdos con ella.

Estudié la escuela secundaria entre 2010 y 2013 y es, hasta ahora, la mejor etapa de mi vida: mi grupo de amigos era muy unido y los amaba, las actividades escolares no te consumían tanto, tenía tiempo libre para hacer otras cosas, empecé a escribir mi primer fanfic en esa etapa, y los problemas entre mis padres aún no empezaban... bueno, sí peleaban, pero aún no se separaban. Fue el último periodo de mi vida donde no prestaba atención a los problemas, y estos tampoco me deprimían. Y bueno, era una adolescente, ¡parecía que había tanto que hacer, y la vida se veía tan prometedora!
Una de mis mejores amigas era fan de Avril, y aunque yo ya conocía algunas de sus canciones, no empecé a amar su música hasta que la conocí a ella. Las canciones de Avril se volvieron parte del BSO de mi vida durante esos años. Recuerdo escucharla a escondidas entre clases con mi amiga, y con los auriculares puestos en la noche antes de dormir. Y aunque "Smile" es en realidad la canción del album que más escuchaba en ese tiempo, me siento más identificada con la letra de "What the hell".
La propia Avril Lavigne aseguró que las canciones de este álbum son "sobre la vida", y que muchas de ellas las escribió durante su adolescencia. Así que... siento que van muy bien con esa etapa de mi vida.
Su influencia llegó más allá, y siendo aún muy joven, imaginaba que quizá la voz de Lian, mi OC, podría sonar como la de Avril. Es por eso que la uso a ella en esta redraw de la portada. Además, como dato extra que a nadie le interesa, quería inspirar el color de ojos de Lian en los de Avril... ninguna foto me funcionó en su momento, y terminé tomando los colores de una foto sonde sus ojos lucían verdes xD y el diseño de Lian quedó así...

Hice una combinación entre la portada y la contraortada del album porque la pose de la portada me pareció complicada para "traducirla" a la anatomía de un león, así que coloco ambas XD

I bring you (finally) a drawing that is not a commission xD And although it is not yet a 100% free illustration, it is another drawing of my OC Lian who I had not drawn for a long time.

I am not a person of favorites... and I am not one of those who listen to a song and turn it into their personal anthem. I think there are too many songs that express different things, and life is made up of many different little moments. So no, I couldn't pick a song of any kind as my favorite. If I chose this, it is because I have good memories with it.

I studied high school between 2010 and 2013 and it is, so far, the best stage of my life: my group of friends was very close and I loved them, school activities did not consume you as much, I had free time to do other things, I started to writing my first fanfic at that stage, and the problems between my parents hadn't started yet... well, they did fight, but they hadn't separated yet. It was the last period of my life where I did not pay attention to problems, and they did not depress me either. And well, I was a teenager, it seemed like there was so much to do, and life looked so promising!
One of my best friends was a fan of Avril, and although I already knew some of her songs, I didn't start loving her music until I met my friend. Avril's songs became part of the soundtrack of my life during those years. I remember eavesdropping between classes with my friend, and wearing headphones at night before bed. And although "Smile" is actually the song from the album that I listened to the most at that time, I feel more identified with the lyrics of "What the hell".
Avril Lavigne herself assured that the songs on this album are "about life", and that she wrote many of them during her adolescence. So... I feel like they are going very well with that stage of my life.
Her influence reached further, and being still very young, I imagined that perhaps Lian's voice, my OC, could sound like Avril's. That's why I use her in this cover redraw. Also, as an extra piece of information that nobody cares about, I wanted to inspire Lian's eye color in Avril's... no photo worked for me at the time, and I ended up taking the colors from a photo where her eyes looked green xD and Lian's design ended as all of you know it...

I made a combination between the cover and the back cover of the album because the pose of the cover seemed complicated to me to "translate" it to the anatomy of a lion, so I put both xD
