I don't have a name for him yet, but I know some of his story! He comes from a world of anthro Pokemon where evolution stones, legendary Pokemon, and even usable moves are super rare, makibg them superheroes/villains if they have it.

His pendant allows him to temporarily take on the form of a Flareon, Jolteon, and Vaporeon, and they left a bit of a mark on him.

He also had a girlfriend, a Vulpix who disappeared one day, and in trying to find out what happened to her is what activated his pendant the first time.
