I discover how to make the "exact" same line of Ms.paint in SAI, It was as I previously say with the layers in Binary. BUT you have to adjust the Opacity of this ones THE 67% is the magic number for the one pixel line of Ms. paint in SAI :].

[[You can use Vectors or simply one layer with this attribute. Just remember you gonna work with black lines and the eraser.]]
