NOOOO Oli stabby stick, they never got to stab anything with it D: FORL DAMN IT! Oli don't have the combat stats for fighting get in there.
Some of those words are concerning, getting an almost roman vibe from them....
Just realize the other Drek is wearing armoured, looking it over I pondering if it's plated, leather or padded fabric protection. The colour almost makes me wonder if it's something like jade, or maybe dyed boil leather. I cant image in hard plate not with the resource restrictions and thick fabric armour would do well for 'ease of wearing' Hmmmm Hell the neck piece looks almost like scale mail which is time consuming to make.
Also love the leg armour, sleeve with armour panels and the panel shape looks like it would actually work well with the bone structure. ^.-.^

I think its safe to explain the metal, its known as Verdastal or "Teal Steel" It's a form of metal created by repeatedly compressing mana before treating that compressed mana in an alchemical soup. As for time it's the sivilão so... without going too much in depth they definitely have the manufacture capacity for complex stal armor.

Yeah if the drãlk wanted to they could of simply killed Oli then and there, knife shields are pretty good about murder so there is absolutely a "take em alive if possible" aspect that would probably require divulging a bit too much lore to explain.
