you do know that most nonhuman animals cannot see color?
they cant see red.
they barely distingish blue and green, if at all.
this is true with dogs in particular. most insects do not see red, but /do/ see ultraviolet.
cats cannot see red either. with most nonhuman animals, their superhuman senses of smell make up for this lack.

but yeah, wonder when he's going to discover the bad part of having an incredibly acute sense of smell (dogs and other canids HATE the smells of garlic, onions, orange oil, and a few other things.)
